Tener especial cuidado con las conexiones trif\u00e1sica.<\/p><p>PANTALLAS Y SOPORTE: El dise\u00f1o y montaje de estos elementos deben de tener en cuenta la norma UNE-EN 60.335-1, en lo relativo a protecci\u00f3n contra contactos el\u00e9ctricos, aislamiento, corrientes de fuga y conexiones a tierra.<\/p><p>ALTAS TEMPERATURAS: los emisores I.R. generan gran cantidad de calor, de manera que es imprescindible que el personal que manipule objetos irradiados o las l\u00e1mparas se proteja adecuadamente y se\u00f1alar las superficies envolventes y las irradiadas para evitar contactos directos accidentales que pudieran provocar quemaduras. En atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas, podr\u00eda haber riesgo de ignici\u00f3n, para evitarlo se han de tomar las medidas necesarias como aislamientos de la fuente de calor, en este caso los emisores I.R.<\/p><p>RADIACI\u00d3N: la emisi\u00f3n I.R. es una radiaci\u00f3n no ionizante, potencialmente poco perjudicial. No obstante, hay que vitar la visi\u00f3n directa de los emisores y exposiciones prolongadas sobre a piel, por posibles quemaduras. Dichas indicaciones se han de tener en cuenta a la hora de realizar el dise\u00f1o y el montaje. Estudios m\u00e9dicos sugieren que el uso de radiaci\u00f3n I.R., particularmente en su uso prolongado durante a\u00f1os o d\u00e9cadas, puede provocar da\u00f1os en la cornea, causando cataratas por irradiaci\u00f3n. Para la protecci\u00f3n de los usuarios ponemos a su disposici\u00f3n gafas de protecci\u00f3n para la radiaci\u00f3n I.R.<\/p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/gafas_proteccion.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><p>INTERVENCIONES DE MANTENIIENTO: Asegurarse de la desconexi\u00f3n de la tensi\u00f3n antes de cualquier intervenci\u00f3n, dejar enfriar los emisores y utilizar E.P.I. (equipos de protecci\u00f3n individuales) como para la manipulaci\u00f3n de vidrio.<\/p><p>GESTION DE RESIDUOS: Los emisores agotados o averiados deben gestionarse como un residuo especial, a trav\u00e9s de un gestor de residuos autorizado o del punto de recogida selectiva m\u00e1s cercano.<\/p><\/div><ul><li><h2>Mantenimiento<\/h2><\/li><\/ul><div id=\"mantenimiento\">Aunque los emisores no necesitan mantenimiento, tanto los monotubo como los bitubo, se recomienda limpiarlos regularmente, tanto en su instalaci\u00f3n como en su uso normal, sobretodo el cristal de cuarzo.<br \/> Una vez el emisor se encuentre defectuoso es preciso cambiarlo.<\/div><ul><li><h2>Montaje de pantallas infrarrojas<\/h2><\/li><\/ul><div id=\"montaje\"><h3>ONDA MEDIA MONOTUBO<\/h3><p>Para realizar el montaje de las l\u00e1mparas se han de limpiar antes de su instalaci\u00f3n. A la hora de transportarlos es importantes que est\u00e9n en su embalaje original. Los emisores monotubo de onda media se fijan a la pantalla reflectora con los siguientes soportes<\/p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/onda_media_monotubo.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><p>Los soportes se sujetan a las l\u00e1mparas como se ense\u00f1a en la siguiente imagen<\/p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/soportes_onda_media_monotubo.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><p>Se deben de abrir dos agujeros de 9.2 mm de di\u00e1metro a cada extremo de la pantalla reflectora, teniendo en cuenta el largo del tubo, donde se colocar\u00e1n los soportes. Una vez anclados los soportes, con la pantalla reflectora en medio de las dos piezas de cer\u00e1mica; se puede proceder a situar el infrarrojo.<\/p><h3>ONDA MEDIA BITUBO<\/h3><ul><li>Antes de montar los emisores se han de limpiar. A la hora de transportarlos es importantes que est\u00e9n en su embalaje original.<\/li><li>Los emisores se han dise\u00f1ado para su uso horizontal, existen otro tipo de l\u00e1mparas para su uso en vertical.<\/li><li>Es muy importante mantener un \u00e1ngulo fijo, entre la superficie a la cual se realiza el anclaje del emisor y el propio tubo, esto es debido a que los emisores de onda media no est\u00e1n sellados al vac\u00edo, este \u00e1ngulo queda fijado por unos soportes especiales para asegurar esta condici\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p>En las im\u00e1genes se encuentran un bitubo de onda media, en \u00e9l se observa que no est\u00e1 sellado al vac\u00edo; los soportes especiales para montajes de onda media bitubo y un bitubo ya montado.<\/p><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/onda_media_bitubo.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/bitubo_onda_media.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><center><img src=\"http:\/\/www.evilaprojects.com\/IMAGES\/smm\/soportes_onda_media_bitubo.jpg\" width=\"400\" \/><\/center><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Los soportes se han de colocar a ambos extremos del infrarrojo, donde la temperatura es menor; es decir, donde los filamentos no est\u00e1n enrollados.
